In case of inability to attend the conference the speaker agrees to inform the conference producer about the cancellation in writing by email, mail or fax not less than eight (8) weeks before the conference. In case of such cancellation, the speaker will cooperate with event organisers to propose a replacing a speaker from the same company he/she represents to make a presentation at the conference on an agreed topic.
